Comments 1 –May 27, 2016 Comments 2 –June 2, 2016 1.ok June 2, 2016 –The drain line is shown to connect to the on-site stormwater detention 2. system, however, this system is 1) not being reviewed and approved as part of this project, and 2) appears to be designed perthe City’ssimplified sizingcharts which does not allow for the introduction of groundwater into thesystem. Please revisethe wall drain discharge point accordingly. Also, please update callout ofrockery draintoclearlystate wall drain or retaining wall drain(as the rockery is being removed) and indicate pipe size and material. May 27, 2016 comment -The geotechnical technical memorandum prepared by Gary Flowers, dated May 5, 2016, states a footing drainpipe will be required behind the wall. Please show the drainage pipe on the site plan and indicate where the flows will be directed. Will a drywell be installed on site? Page 2of 2
