Add outdoor deck to existing deck
Dear Mr. Jensen,
I have reviewed the above building permit application. During review of the subject submittal, it was
found that the following information, corrections, or clarifications need to be addressed. Please respond
to the following items, so that I can complete my review:
General:
1.
a. SITE PLAN:Please provide a site plan that clearly defines the dimension of the subject parcel
and includes all existing and proposed improvements. The site plan initially submitted does not
match the subsequent site plan. It is sufficient to add existing and proposed improvements to the
initial site plan. Please make sure all markings are legible.
Please Note: Additional comments from the Building Division and Engineering Division
may require additional changes to the site plan beyond those discussed above. A revised
site plan and landscape plan addressing the above cited issues should be completed once
you have received comments from the other reviewing divisions.
Please submit three copies of your revised site plan to a Development Services Permit
Coordinator. Our office hours are Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays between 8:00am
and 4:30pm, and Wednesdays between 8:30am and noon. If you have any questions, feel free to
