During review of the above noted application, it was found that the following information, corrections, or
clarifications are needed. Reviews by other divisions, such as Planning and Building, may result in
additional comments. Please redline plans or submit three (3) sets of revised plans/documents with a
written response to each of the items below to a permit coordinator.

Resubmittals can be made at the Development Services Department on the 2floor of City Hall. Permit
Center hours are M, T, Th & F from 8am-4:30pm. The Permit Center is closed on Wednesdays.

Please Note:Building Handouts do not include updated Engineering Division Requirements. Refer to
Engineering Handouts for all Engineering Requirements.

Clearly show and label the streets (Andoverand 182Pl SW).
2)
An easement is shown along the north property line. Please label this easement as private.
3)
Show all impervious areas on the siteplan (i.e. walkways, driveways, patios, etc.).
a)If the areas are to be removed, please show them on the plans and label to be removed.
4)
Please label thedeck and the materialunder the deck asimperviousor pervious (i.e.spaced deck
with permeable surface below).If there is an impervioussurface below the deck, please note what
the materialis and if the material is existing.
5)
Show the sewer line from the house to the sewer main. If thedeckis placed over the sewer, a
show how access to the sewer and sewer cleanout will be maintained.Please note as such on the
plans.
6)
Show the water service line from the meter to the house.
