The subject property is located on the west side of 75u' Place west between the road and the BNSE railroad right- of-way. The property slopes down to the west from 75�1 Place at approximately 20% according to the chys UDAR information: Soils on the property are identified as Alderwood gravelly sand foams 15 — 25% slopes and Alderwood gravelly sand loams 25 — 70 % slopes. The soils together with the slopes also classify the site as a potential erosion hazard area. The property is also located within the North Edmonds Earth Subsidence Landslide.
