Page 3of 4 Stormwater Review Date of Review: March 14, 2017 File/Address:BLD20160902 / 19205 OVD Reviewer: Robert C. Edwards, PE, Stormwater Engineer, City of Edmonds Background This is classified as a Category 1 Small Site Project because it creates/adds impervious area more than 2,000 SF and less than 5,000 SF. Category 1 Small Site Projects are subject to Small Site Minimum Requirements 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 8, 9, and 11. Minimum Requirement #1 –Preparation of Stormwater Site Plan Comments: 1.Grade driveway to collect as much stormwater as possible to the detention tank. 2.Plans and report state the project will cover 3,717 SF. A review of the architectural plans depict 30- inch eaves. Using a planimeterand measuring the plan with an offset for the eaves predicts nearly 4,500 SF of hard surface. Update the plans and report with the correct impervious areas and detention tank size.
