Please providethe square foot and year they were installed.The addition of gravel(impervious surfaces)to the existing paved drivewaywill need to be included. 2)Please update the impervious surface numbers listed on the site planas well as any additional impervious surfaces and provide a total impervious surface count. 3)Please note that if impervious surfaces constructed after 1977 exceed 2000sqft, a stormwater management system will be required. Please show the stormwater managementsystem if required. Please see Handout E72 direction. 4)The driveway at the back of the sidewalk has been expanded with the use of gravel. The driveway is currently wider than the width of theapproach at the street, which could allow for vehicles to drive over the existing curb,which will eventuallydestroy the curb. Please remove the additional gravel at the back of the sidewalk for a distance of20’ from the paved asphalt road.
