In comparing the site plan to Google street & aerial views the provided site plan does not account for all
impervious surfaces (non-vegetated surfaces that prevents or retards entry of water into soils as it would in
natural conditions such as concrete, asphalt, gravel roads, packed earthen materials, roof tops, patios, etc.) that
have been installed since 1977.
1)Please provide an updated site plan that shows all impervious surfaces installed after 1977. Please
providethe square foot and year they were installed.The addition of gravel(impervious surfaces)to the
existing paved drivewaywill need to be included.
2)Please update the impervious surface numbers listed on the site planas well as any additional
impervious surfaces and provide a total impervious surface count.
3)Please note that if impervious surfaces constructed after 1977 exceed 2000sqft, a stormwater
management system will be required. Please show the stormwater managementsystem if required.

4)The driveway at the back of the sidewalk has been expanded with the use of gravel. The driveway is
currently wider than the width of theapproach at the street, which could allow for vehicles to drive over
the existing curb,which will eventuallydestroy the curb.
Please remove the additional gravel at the back of the sidewalk for a distance of20’ from the paved
asphalt road.

Pave the section of gravel at the back of the sidewalk (measuring 20’ from the asphalt road) to a
maximum width of 12’ and extend the concreteapproach curb & gutter to match the proposed driveway
width(impervious surfaces will need to be added to your total count).Any removed asphalt exposing
bare soils will be considered as new impervious surfaces andwill need to be addedto your total
impervious surface numbers.Work within the right of way will require a right of way permit.
Please resubmit 2 copies of the revised plans/documents to a Development Services Permit Coordinator.
