BLD20161113 - 23914 84th Ave W - Incomplete Submittal.pdf From:Lambert, Jennifer To:"RICK@MASTONPROPERTIES.COM" Cc:Thornquist, Linda Subject:BLD20161113 - 23914 84th Ave W - Incomplete Submittal Date:Monday, November 28, 2016 4:09:26 PM The City is unable to complete the review at this time due to an incomplete submittal. All utilities (water, sewer, storm, dry – phone, cable, gas, power, etc.)need to be shown from the house to the main lines. Footing drains and where they will discharge to needs to be shown on the plans. Show how all surface water runoff from the driveway will discharge to the onsite system (i.e. direction flow arrows, curbing, etc.). The plans need to clearly show what was installed with the short plat and what will be installed with the single family residence. Information such as pipe material, size, invert elevations, etc. need to be shown on the plans so that utility separation, coverage, and slope can be verified. Erosion control needs to be shown on the plans. Impervious areas should be broken up based on each lot so it is clear how much impervious is being installed, how much being collected and discharged to the onsite stormwater management system and how much the system was designed for. Above is just an example of what needs to be shown on the plans but is not necessarily a complete list. Please let me know if you have any questions.
