RE. PLAN REVIEW COMMENTS FOR PLAN CHECK #BLD20161369
CONSTRUCT NEW DECK AND PLANTER, INSTALL NEW SPA AND GAS
GENERATOR AT 16902 TALBOT ROAD.
Dear Mr. O'Neill:
I have reviewed the above building permit application for the Planning Division, and it was found
that the following information, corrections, or clarifications need to be addressed before review can
continue:
1. Site Plan:
❑ Please indicate scale at which the site plan is printed.
2. 1=lsttme patio:
❑ Flagstone patio may not project into the side setback more than 3'-4" pursuant to
ECDC 16.20.040.C. Uncovered and unenclosed porches, steps, patios, and decks may
project into a required setback not more than one-third of the required setback, or four
feet, whichever is less; provided, that they are no more than 30 inches above ground
level at any point.
3. Gas Generator:
❑ Note: gas generator may be used for emergency purposes only. It is unlawful for
any person to cause sound, or for any person in possession of property to permit sound
originating from such property, to intrude into the real property of another person
whenever such sound exceeds the maximum permissible sound level established in ECC
5.30.040 and 5.30.050.

Please submit two copies of your revised site plan to a Development Services Permit Coordinator.
