I have reviewed the above building permit applicationfor the Planning Division,and it was found that the
following information, corrections, or clarifications will need to be addressedbefore review can continue:
Maximum Size:
1.In order to confirm compliance with the maximum allowed size and height
requirements for theproposed pedestrian sign, please indicate the dimensions of the sign including
its width and height.Pursuant to ECDC 20.60.055, A-frame pedestrian signs are limited to six
square feet in area, 2.5 feet in width, and 3.5 feet in height.
Please submit allrevised plansheets to a Development Services Permit Coordinator. Our office hours are
Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays between 8:00 am and 4:30 pmand Wednesdays between
