GENERAL
1.
Please add anote that the final restoration for all utility connections andutility
abandonments (sewer, water, and storm) is to be completed by the contractor.A field
inspection is required to determine the final restoration limits.
2.
Please show the asphalt cuts for final restoration for the new water service line installation
and the cut and cap of theexisting water service line.
3.
Please show a minimum of 3’-5’of separation between the driveway and the utility pole.
4.
Please clearly state that landscape will be installedin the right-of-waybetween the property
line and the edgeof asphalt.This area cannot be gravel, asphalt, etc. unless approved
otherwise.
WATER

SEWER
1.
If the existing side sewer is to be re-used, the line must be cut and capped a minimum of 20’
from existing and/or proposed foundation whichever foundationis closest to the sewer stub.
Please revise the plans accordingly.
2.
Please add a note that theside sewer will need to be TV’d and submitted to the City for
review and approval to re-use.
3.
Please add a note that the sewer lateral will need to be TV’d by the City of Edmonds, Sewer
Department, to determine if the line can be re-used. If the line is damaged or not a 6”line
from the main to the propertyline, the sewer lateral will need to be replaced.
