During review of the plans for the above project, it was found that the following information, clarifications or changes are needed. Please provide written responses as to where the changes can be found on the plans and please cloud the changes or additions. It is preferred that only the affected plan sheets be resubmitted: 1. Sheet A0.1 Below Deferred Submittal, Call out ‘’FIRE MARSHAL NOTES: THIS PERMIT IS GRANTED WITHOUT THE REQUIREMENT OF A NFPA 13 FIRE SPRINKLER SYSTEM BASED ON THE INTENDED OCCUPANCY LOAD OF THE NORTHERN OCCUPANCY BEING BELOW 100. IF A TENANT IMPROVEMENT IS APPLIED FOR WITH AN OCCUPANCY LOAD EQUAL TO OR GREATER THEN 100, A FIRE SPRINKLER SYSTEM AND AREA SEPARATION WILL BE REQUIRED.” 2. Sheet A0.1 Deferred Sumittals, Call out: Fire alarm system for duct detectors, notification and monitoring required. 3. Sheet A1.1 Site plan – call out fire lane markings along curbs that face access roads. See attached fire lane standard. 4. Call out premise identification: 12” numbers, minimum 1” stroke, contrasting colors, installation location to be determined by Fire Marshal’s Office. 5. Sheet A8.1 Call out: Fire lane marking detail as provided in City of Edmonds Fire Lane Standard. 6. Provide panic hardward on all exit doors. 7.
