Dear Ms. Knuth:
I have reviewed the above building permit application for the Planning Division, and it was found that the
following information, corrections, or clarifications will need to be addressed before review can continue:
Site Plan:
Your site plan must accurately reflect the layout of the property and all existing and proposed

improvements. Therefore, please make the following corrections to your site plan:
a.It appears that the property dimensions are shownincorrectly on your site plan.The County
Assessor’s website has the following legal description for your property: SUNSET WEST NO. 7 BLK
000 D-00-LOT 4 SUBJ ESE PUD & GEN TEL.Refer to the enclosed copy of the Sunset West No.
7 plat and ensure that the property shape and dimensions on your site plan are consistent with those of
Lot 4 of this plat. Please label all property dimensions and ensure that the lot is drawn accurately and
to scale on your site plan.
b.The deck is indicated as running the entire length of the house on the site plan; however, based on
aerial photographs, the previously existing deck was not nearly as long as the length of the entire
house. Please draw the existing house, deck, and stairs as well asall other existing improvements to
scale on the site plan.
c.After making the above requested corrections to the property dimensions, please indicate the shortest
distances from the deck and stairs to all property lines in order to ensure compliance with setback
requirements.
Please submit twocopies of your revised site plan and two copies of any revised building plan sheets to a
Development Services Permit Coordinator. Our office hours are Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays
