Reviews by other divisions, such as Planning, Building, or Fire may result in additional comments. GENERAL 1)SubmitROW Permit Applicationform 2)Submit Side Sewer Permit Applicationform 3)A Stormwater Covenant is required to be recorded against the property based on the proposed stormwater facilities for the project. Please complete the covenant, including notarization and any required exhibits and submit to the city. The document must be complete, but will not be recorded prior to permit issuance. Prior to construction final location of facilities are to be verified (by field inspection and asbuilt) and then the covenant will be recorded. SITE DEVELOPMENT PLAN 1)The note “the sewer line must be cut and capped a minimum of 20’ from the existing and/or proposed foundation, whichever is closest to the sewer stub” was not found.Please provide. 2)The sewer cleanout at the property line will need a 12” cast iron lamphole cover with 1/2” hexbolts. Update the note accordingly 3)The sewer cleanout at the house does not need a 12” cast iron lamphole cover with ½” hexbolts. 4)The sewer service connection between the house and the cleanout at the property line is currently shown at 24%. Please reduce the sewer slope to 20% or add a note that the sewer line will need to be anchored. Anchors need to be designed by a civil engineer and detailed on the plans. GENERAL NOTES There are text conflicts around general notes 36 and 37. 1) TESC PLAN 1)The callout referencing the filter fabric fence references the detail on “this sheet”.
