During review of the above noted application, it was found that the following information,
corrections, or clarifications are needed. Reviews by other divisions, such as Planning, Building, or
Fire may result in additional comments. Please redline plans or submit three (3) sets of revised
plans/documents with a written response to each of the items below to a permit coordinator.

Resubmittals can be made at the Development Services Department on the 2floor of City Hall.
Permit Center hours are M, T, Th & F from 8am-4:30pm and on Wednesdays from 8:30am-noon.
City of Edmonds handouts, standard details and development code can be referenced on the City
website.
GENERAL
1)SubmitROW Permit Applicationform.
2)Please submit a traffic control plan.
Sheet 1of 2–SITE PLAN AND DRAINAGE
1.Provide HMA overlay for the entire water service line. To reduce total sawcut, combine HMA
patchesas they are all near one another.
2.Presently, the gas service is shown connecting to the power pole. Gas services should never
connect to a powerpole. Please connect gas service to the gas main located on the north side of
the property.
3.Please label the water service pipe material and note tracer wire to be installed.
4.Pleaselabel the water service line to be1½”.
5.Please see the stormwater review from Robert Edwards. It has been determined that dispersion
is not feasible for the project, please mitigate stormwater with infiltration BMPs.
6.A Stormwater Covenant is required to be recorded against the property forproposed infiltration
stormwater facilities. Please complete the covenant, including notarization and any required
exhibits and submit to the city. The document must be complete, but will not be recorded prior
to permit issuance. Prior to construction final location of facilities are to be verified (by field
inspection and asbuilt) and then the covenant will be recorded.Please see the attached
document.

Comments:
1.Show FG contours on sheet 1 for all grading and flow paths.
2.The flow pathsfrom the building are inadequate in length.
3.Adverse impact may occur to the property northof the subject property given the proximity
of the North property to the property line.
4.Infiltrative LID BMPs will require an adequate soils report with infiltration testing.
5.Update stormwater report.
