2. 6" PVC outlet IE is shown as 379, 20 LF g 5% the inlet IE calculates to 380. This is above grade
at the house.
3. Driveway has conflicting drain arrows, IE 4% to the east and unspecified grade to the south.
4. Foundation drains are not shown. If connecting to rain garden, sufficient fall is required and rain
garden will need to be upsized to accommodate foundation drain.
