During review of the above noted application, it was found that the following information,
corrections,or clarifications are needed. Reviews by other divisions, such as Planning, Building, or
Fire may result in additional comments.Please submit three (3) sets of revised plans/documents
with a response letter addressingeach of the items below.

Permit Center hours are M, T, Th & F from8am-4:30pmand on Wednesdays from 8:30am-noon.

Sheet 1 of 3 –SITE PLAN, & DRAINAGE
1)Per the grading plan, runoff from the driveway willnot sheet flow to the transition zone to the
south. Instead, runoff will enter the garage. Please revise the grading plan so runoff is routed
south.
2)Per the grading plan, the transition zone flows uphill. Please revise.
3)The sewer cleanout at the property line needs to be within private property. Add a note to this
cleanout that it shall have a 12” cast iron lamphole cover with ½” hexbolts.
ADDITIONAL COMMENTS
1)North arrows have not been provided on the plan set. Please provide.
2)Ensure that all required documentation is provided for permitting.
