SITE PLAN
1.Forthe proposed drainageline, please provide a stormwater cleanout at every 90 degree angle
and for every 100 feet of drainage line.
2.Please show the drywell overflow path on the plans.
3.Please provide confirmation from the geotechnical engineer that the drywell and its overflow
path will not negatively impact the nearby slopes (sloping west).
4.Per the geotechnical report, no boring holes were drilled near the proposed drywell location.
Please provide the results of a new boring test near the drywell location.
5.Please note that the drywell infiltration system will require a minimum of6’ of depth without
encountering groundwater. If groundwater is encountered before 6’ of depth, the drywell will
need to be located in a different location.
6.Please note that all stormwater lines and stormwater systems require a 5’ clearance between
water and sewer lines. Currently, the north edge of the proposed drywell is within 5’ of the
existing water line.
7.Please note that the stormwater drywell may reside within the building setback. However, a
minimum of 5’ of setback from the property line is required for drywells.
8.A Stormwater Covenant is required to be recorded against the property based on the proposed
stormwater facilities for the project. Please complete the covenant, including notarization and
any required exhibits and submit to the city. The document must be complete, but will not be
recorded prior to permit issuance. Prior to construction final location of facilities are to be
verified (by field inspection and asbuilt) and then the covenant will be recorded.
