Reviews by other divisions, such as Planning, Building, or Fire may result in additional comments. Please redline plans or submit three (3) sets of revised plans/documents with a written response to each of the items below to a permit coordinator. nd Resubmittals can be made at the Development Services Department on the 2floor of City Hall. Permit Center hours are M, T, Th & F from 8am-4:30pm and on Wednesdays from 8:30am-noon. City of Edmonds handouts, standard details and development code can be referenced on the City website. SITE PLAN 1.Provide TESC standard details(can be found on the City Website) that will be used on the site. Mayincludesilt fence, CB inserts, covered stockpiles,construction entrance,etc.Show location of erosion control measures on the site plan. 2.Add note: Install and maintain all TESC measures according to approved plans, City of Edmonds standard details, and all other measures that may be required during construction. 3.Add note: “Disturbed areas to be compost amended per DOE standard detail BMP T5.13.” 4.From the site plan provided for the original house in 2007, it appears that there is an existing 3x3 French Drain filled with wash gravel on the northeast side of the house. Does the French Drain service theexistingfooting drains, roof drains, or both? 5.Provide the new downspoutlocations.Clarify whether the roof stormwater will be routed to the existing 3x3 French Drainor to splashblocks.Site plan indicates downspouts will be routed to splashblocks while thefoundation drain detail(page 7 of 8)indicates that downspouts will be connected to the roof drain. 6.If stormwater is to be routed to the existing French Drain, verifyand provide calculationsthat the existing system can managethe additional stormwater flow.
