GENERAL 1)Include a City Engineering Division approval block on all plan sheets. Refer to sample on City website. 2)Show all City easements. A sewer and storm easement is located to the west of the property per City of Edmonds GIS. TESC/ DEMO 1)Incorporate and referenceCity standard detail E1.1for filter fence. 2)Incorporate and referenceCity standard detail E1.2for the construction entrance. 3)Incorporate and reference City standard detail E1.3for catch basin protection.Please add catch basin protection to the catch basins west of the property within the private road. 4)Orange protective barrierfencing shall be placed at thedrip line of trees to remain. 5)Please add a note to the plans that all disturbed soils will be compost amendedper BMP T5.13. 6)Add note: Install and maintain all TESC measures according to approved plans, City of Edmonds standard details, and all other measures that may be required during construction.
