corrections, or clarifications are needed. Reviews by other divisions, such as Planning, Building, or
Fire may result in additional comments. Please submit two (2)sets of revised plans/documents
including a written response to each item below.

Permit Center hours are M, T, Th & F from 8am-4:30pmand on Wednesdays from 8:30am-noon.

GENERAL
1)There is an existing sewer easement located alongthe southernproperty line that extends
from the City right-of-way to theeastern property line. The sewer easement has a thickness
of 5’. Please show the existing sewer easement on the plans.Please see the attached
easement documentation for further information.
2)The new fence may not be built within the sewer easement. Ensure that the fence is built
parallel and along the edge of the sewer easement, 5 feet north of the southern property line.
