During review of the above noted application, it was found that the following information,
corrections, or clarifications are needed. Reviews by other divisions, such as Planning, Building, or
Fire may result in additional comments. Please submit two (2)sets of revised plans/documents
including a written response to each item below.

Permit Center hours are M, T, Th & F from 8am-4:30pmand on Wednesdays from 8:30am-noon.

SITE PLAN
1)Show filter fence on the plans and incorporate and referenceCity standard detail E1.1.
2)Show construction entranceon the plans and incorporate and referenceCity standard detail
E1.2.The existing driveway may be used as the constructionentrance. If the existing
driveway is to be used as the construction entrance, please indicate how construction
stormwater will be mitigated.
3)Please show and add a note to the plans that filter socks will be added to any catch basins
downstream from the construction site.Incorporate and reference City standard detail E1.3.
4)Please add a note to theplans that all disturbed soils will be compost amendedper BMP
T5.13.
5)Add note: Install and maintain all TESC measures according to approved plans, City of
Edmonds standard details, and all other measures that may be required during construction.
6)All utilities should be shown from the citymain line/lateral to the structure. Utilities and
their appurtenances seem to be called out but aren’t clearly shown.Please show utility
mains.
7)It is not clear how stormwater runoff for the addition will be mitigated. Please show all
proposed downspouts, storm drain utility lines,appurtenances, and detention/infiltration
systems (if applicable).
8)To verify minimum cover and slope,pleaseprovide the invert elevation atdownspouts,
cleanouts, and at the city connectionforanyproposedstorm drain lines.Aminimum cover
of 1’is required for landscaped surfaces and 2’for all driveable surfaces.
9)Make sure the proposed utilities are distinguishable from the existing utilities.Add a
different linetype or callouts if necessary.
