Refer to sample on City website. 5)Please note: additional comments not included in this reviewmay be produced after . reviewing the next submittal TESC 1)Show filter fence on the plans and incorporate and referenceCity standard detail E1.1. 2)Show construction entranceon the plans and incorporate and referenceCity standard detail E1.2. 3)Please show and add a note to the plans that filter socks will be added to any catch basins downstream from the construction site.Incorporate and reference City standard detail E1.3. 4)Orange protective barrierfencing shall be placed at the drip line of trees to remain. 5)Please provide the location of the temporary stockpile. Adda note that the stockpile is to be covered within 24 hours 6)Please add a note to the plans that all disturbed soils will be compost amendedper BMP T5.13. 7)Add note: Install and maintain all TESC measures according to approved plans, City of Edmonds standard details, and all other measures that may be required during construction. SITE PLAN 1)Consistent with Edmonds Community Development Code 18.80.060, driveway slopes shall not exceed 14% slope. Please indicate this requirement on the plans.In addition,please provide finished grade calloutsat the structure, property line, and ROWto verify slope. 2)Please label the driveway as asphalt from the paved road to the property line. Once on private property the driveway may be any material the applicant chooses or as required to meet stormwater code requirements. 3)Show all City utilities that are adjacent to the site. The sewer main is shown, please show the water main. 4)Please label the water service features. The proposed water meter is required to be ¾” and the proposed service line is required to be 1”. Please include pipe material on the plan. 5)Ensure there is aminimum of 10’ of horizontal separation is required between water and sewer lines. 6)Ensure there is aminimum of 5’ of horizontal separation is required between water and storm lines. 7)Label the sewer pipe material and size. The sewer lateral from the main to the property line shall be 6”. Once on private property the sewer may reduce to 4”. 8)Please add a note that the 6” cleanout at the property line shallhave a 12” cast iron lamphole cover with ½” hexbolts. 9)Please show the stormwater downspout locations on the plan. 10)Please show the footing drain discharge locations on the plan. 11)If any stormwater tightline is to be proposed, please indicate the pipe size and material. 12)Show all dry utilities and required utility separation. Please add a note that a minimum of 3’ separation is required betweenthe dry utilities (power, gas, phone, cable, etc.) andwet utilities (sewer, water, and storm). 13)Please add a note to the plans that all final restoration shall be completed by the contractor not the City of Edmonds.
