GENERAL 1)Include construction sequence. Refer to sample on City website. 2)Include General Construction Notes. Refer to sample on City website. SITE PLAN 1)Incorporate and referenceCity standard detail E1.1for silt fencing. 2)Show construction entranceon the plans and incorporate and referenceCity standard detail E1.2.Alternatively, if the existing driveway is to be used for the construction entrance, pleaseindicate how construction stormwater will be mitigated. 3)Please show and add a note to the plans that filter socks will be added to any catch basins downstream from the construction site.Incorporate and reference City standard detail E1.3. 4)Please add a note to theplans that all disturbed soils will be compost amendedper BMP T5.13. 5)All utilities should be shown from the citymain line/lateral to the structure.Please show storm, sewer, and gas utility lines. 6)Please show how runoff from the proposed addition will be mitigated (ie.
