During review of the above noted application, it was found that the following information,
corrections, or clarifications are needed. Reviews by other divisions, such as Planning, Building, or
Fire may result in additional comments. Please submit two (2)sets of revised plans/documents
including a written response to each item below.

Resubmittals can be made at the Development Services Department on the 2floor of City Hall.
Permit Center hours are M, T, Th & F from 8am-4:30pmand on Wednesdays from 8:30am-noon.

SITE PLAN
1)All utilities should be shown from the city main line/lateral to the guest house.This should
include water,sewer, and dry utilityservices. It is currently unclear howthese utilities will
reach the guest house.
2)Entire proposed sewer run shall be shown from the main line to the guest house.
3)Label sewer pipe material and size.The sewer may be as small as4”.
4)Show asewercleanout located within 2’ of the house, at any 90° bend, and when there is
less than 3’ between two 45° bends.Include City detail E6.2 in the plans.
5)Provide sewer invert elevation at the proposed guest house and at the location where the
sewer will connectto the existing system.A minimum of 1’of cover is required.
6)Aminimum of 10’ of horizontal separation is required between water and sewer lines.
7)Show all dry utilities and required utility separation. Please add a note that a minimum of 3’
separation is required between the dry utilities (power, gas, phone, cable, etc.) andwet
utilities (sewer, water, and storm).
