SITE PLAN 1)Show filter fence on the plans andReferenceCity standard detail E1.1. 2)Label the existing driveway as the construction entrance. 3)Please show and add a note to the plans that filter socks will be added to any catch basins downstream from the construction site.Reference City standard detail E1.3. 4)Please add a note to the plansthat all disturbed soils will be compost amendedper BMP T5.13. 5)Show all City utilities that are adjacent to the site. 6)All utilities should be shown from the citymain line/lateral to the structure. 7)If the existing side sewer is to be re-used, the line must be cut and capped a minimum of 20’ from existing and/or proposed foundation,whichever is closest to the property line. 8)If the existing water service line is to be re-used, the line must be disconnected at the meter during construction. Please install a hose bib with an AVB at the meter during construction. 9)Show where the footing drains will discharge to.
