During review of the above noted application, it was found that the following information,
corrections, or clarifications are needed. Reviews by other divisions, such as Planning, Building, or
Fire may result in additional comments. Please submit two (2)sets of revised plans/documents
including a written response to each item below.

Resubmittals can be made at the Development Services Department on the 2floor of City Hall.
Permit Center hours are M, T, Th & F from 8am-4:30pmand on Wednesdays from 8:30am-noon.

GENERAL
1)Please distinguish between the single family project elements and the retaining wall project
elements. With the current submittal it is unclear what elements of the plan are existing
(single family residence) and which elements are proposed (retaining wall). Show the
existing project elements in black and white andshow the proposed retaining wall project
elements incolor.
2)Show filter fence on the plans and incorporate and referenceCity standard detail E1.1.
3)Add a note to the plans that the existing driveway will serve as the construction entrance.
4)Please show and add a note to the plans that filter socks will be added to any catch basins
downstream from the construction site.Incorporate and reference City standard detail E1.3.
5)Please add a note to theplans that all disturbed soils will be compost amendedper BMP
T5.13.
6)Showon the plans how the existing infiltration trench will be protected during construction.
7)Please show where the footing drain for the retaining wall discharges to or add a note to the
plans.
8)Please show the tops and toes of the retaining wall and at the endsof the retaining wall and
at minimum every20’along the length of the wall.
