During review of the above noted application, it was found that the following information,
corrections, or clarifications are needed. Reviews by other divisions, such as Planning, Building, or
Fire may result in additional comments. Please submit two (2)sets of revised plans/documents
including a written response to each item below.

Resubmittals can be made at the Development Services Department on the 2floor of City Hall.
Permit Center hours are M, T, Th & F from 8am-4:30pmand on Wednesdays from 8:30am-noon.

SITE PLAN
1)Show all City utilities that are adjacent to the site.
2)Please add a note to the plans indicating how existing water service and storm service will
be protected during the demolition and construction phases of the project.
3)Sewer cleanouts are required on each side of the proposed garage and proposed outdoor
addition to maintain access to the existing sewer.
4)After measuring the proposed impervious areas, it appears that the impervious table
calculations may be incomplete. Please clearly show within the table the proposed
impervious area for each addition area.This should include the front porch area and the
small impervious additionon the south side of the property.
CSPPP PLAN
1)Filter fence is not required on the upstream end of the project. ReferenceCity standard detail
E1.1.
2)Please add a note to the plans indicating the existing driveway to be used as the construction
entrance. Alternatively, show construction entranceon the plans and incorporate and
referenceCity standard detail E1.2.
3)Reference City standard detail E1.3.
4)Add a note that the stockpile is to be covered within 24 hours
5)Please add a note to the plans that all disturbed soils will be compost amendedper BMP
