Dear Mr. Willey:
I have reviewed the above building permit application for the Planning Division, and it was found that the
following information, corrections, or clarifications will need to be addressed before review can continue:
Site Plan:
1.Please indicate the locations of all existing exterior stairson the site plan(including those
on both the southern and western sides of the decks). Itdoes not appear that you are proposing to
make any changes to the existing stairs; however,please confirm.
Critical Areas Determination:
2.Please note that the critical areas determination for the subject site is
currently pending under File No. CRA20170085. Staff will notify you if it is found that a critical
areas study is required for the subject proposal.
Please submit twocopies of your revised site plan and two copies of any revised building plan sheets to a
Development Services Permit Coordinator. Our office hours are Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and
Fridays between 8:00am and 4:30pm, and Wednesdays between 8:30am and noon.If you have any
