I am headed out of the office for a couple of weeks. I understand you had some questions regarding the street use permit and forwarded your contact info to JoAnne Zulauf in our office
so she can follow-up with you. She reviewed the original canopy under permit BLD20181197 and would be the best one to follow-up with at this point.
With regards to the Champions sign being reviewed under BLD20190684, can you please provide a site plan that confirms the sign is located on private property. Natalie Griggs in our
office will be able to complete review of the sign in my absence.

Attached is the original building permit for 525 5th Avenue South Edmonds, WA 98020. Highlighted is the inclusion of the canopy in question that was approved on 11/08/18. I hope this
clears up any concerns about the right of way of the awning.
Also attached is documentation of the canopy being separate from the exterior letter signage that is being permitted for in permit #BLD20190684.
