This letter serves as verification that Chipperfield Condominiums has
hired Redell Home Remodeling to replace the roof at the following property
location: 7901 1961"1 Street SW — Edmonds. WA 98026.
The assessed value of Chipperfield Condominiums is estimated at
$4,500,000. The roof replacement estimate is $40,000. This estimate is less
than 5% of the assessed value.
