(Monson) have elected not to do any structural modifications (as noted in the Engineering Specifications) due to budget constraints. Therefore, the scope of work for the Monson Kitchen
and Bathroom project has changedf romt he original submittal, to a revised version as outlined in the resubmitted planset. Rather than making structiual modifications per the Engineering
plans/specs, no stnichial modifications will be made (including demolition of existing conditions). The specifie work that has been eliminated is located in the bathroom (lowering the
floor), and the kitchen (removing existing structural wall and adding a new post). Verification of existing conditions to be confirmed with a pre-construction onsite consultation witli
