It is our understanding that the City's Inspector was unable to view the framing repairs during the
final framing inspection. CG Engineering was on site to observe the repair work ort 12/1412007. At
the time of the site visit, portions of the floor sheathing and .bottom. plate had .been replaced in like
kind In units 101 and 201. The repair work appeared to be in conformance with our
recommendations outlined in structural sketches SS -1, SS -2, SS -4, and SS -5.
Please refer to the previous memorandum, dated January 4, .2008, regarding nailing of the wall
sheathing.
