To the city of Edmonds: The Carmel Condominium HOA has contracted with Belfor Property Restoration to perform the required repairs to Unit #204 of the Carmel Condominium (located at
655 Main Street in Edmonds) along with the community room and exterior repairs at the storage area locations on the rear of the building. We need this process to be expedited in order
to facilitate the relocation of the owners that have been displaced by the fire that occurred in October of 2018. Please let me know if there is any other issue that we need to address
to move this forward.
