During review of the subject submittal it was found that the following information, corrections, or
clarifications will need to be addressed:
Detention / Drainage:
Show the detention pipe diameter, length, and material.

Note the size of the CBs, (Type I, IL, etc).

Show orifice diameter on control structure. A handout with a worksheet for detention system sizing can

Foundations shall not drain to detention system. Either tee directly into the line exiting the detention

system, or route foundation drains to a drywell.
Show how and where driveway trough drain ties into detention system.

Show the pipe diameter and material of the storm line running through the 10 Ave N right-of-way.
o
Include the edges, in addition to the centerline of the 10th Ave N right-of-way, and locate the catch
o
basin in Walnut Street in reference to it.
Notes:

The new storm line running in the unimproved 10 Ave N right-of-way shall be built to City Standards.
o
Engineering notes the new power service shall be undergound.
o
Excavation quantities are estimated at 250 cubic yards.
o
