A handout with a worksheet for detention system sizing can o be found at: http://www.ci.edmonds.wa.us/CityDepartments/EngrDept/E72-Erosion_Sedimentation_Control.pdf Foundations shall not drain to detention system. Either tee directly into the line exiting the detention o system, or route foundation drains to a drywell. Show how and where driveway trough drain ties into detention system. o th Show the pipe diameter and material of the storm line running through the 10 Ave N right-of-way. o Include the edges, in addition to the centerline of the 10th Ave N right-of-way, and locate the catch o basin in Walnut Street in reference to it. Notes: th The new storm line running in the unimproved 10 Ave N right-of-way shall be built to City Standards. o Engineering notes the new power service shall be undergound. o Excavation quantities are estimated at 250 cubic yards. o Please resubmit 3 copies of the revised plans/documents to a Development Services Coordinator.
