Dear Mr. Branaa,
The City has concluded review of the TGP transparent wall panels and finding no ICC evaluation listing nor any UL listing
for compliance to ASTM E-119 for the transparent wall panel, the City cannot approve this product on the west exterior
wall of your building. We agree that the frames around the glazing panels comply like walls but the windows have not
been tested in the United States.
Without an evaluation or UL listing the manufacturer would have to provide a copy of the data to show how the required
wall rating was achieved through independent testing of their product.
