Dear Mr. & Mrs. Dean,
The City is in receipt of your letter dated September 18, 2007 (received by the Director
on September 20, 2007). The City is well aware of Mrs- Dean's documented illness and
the City has previously granted a reasonable use accommodation for the swimming pool.
Such a request cannot be made for the garage/shop area.
You are required to adhere to the Order to Correct Violation Notice issued on September
19, 2007. Failure to follow one of the noted Corrective Actions shall result in the
assessment of fines in the amount of $100.00 per day until the matter is resolved.
