During review of the subject submittal, it was found that the following information, corrections, or
clarifications would need to be addressed. All Handouts and Standard Details referred to in these
comments can be accessed at our website: www.edmondswa.gov by choosing the Services tab and
Permits and Development.
Choose GIS Web Map. Use the layers tab on the bottom left to look at specific
utilities and other information. Use the Identify on the tool bar to get more detailed information.
**This property has access and utility easements crossing adjacent properties. All of these easements are part
of this project. Show the full extent of the project for all plans.**
A set of Marked up Civil sheets are included indicating areas with needed corrections/revisions.

Sewage Pumps in Edmonds (Single Family Residential Only). The handout is for sewage but the
requirements for pump submittal is the same. Please review handout carefully to ensure that all required
information is provided in the resubmittal.
