Your land use application for a home occupation located at 771 Northstream Lane is considered
complete pursuant to Edmonds Community Development Code (ECDC) Section 20.02.002.
Within the next two weeks I will be notifying your neighbors and the general public, through
postings and legal notice in the paper, of your request to conduct a home occupation for your
accounting business. The public and your neighbors will be afforded a two week comment
period. Once the comment period is completed, I will continue my review of your application.
Please note, however, that although it has been determined that the application meets the
procedural submission requirements and is therefore complete, additional information may be
needed as city staff continue with review of the application. Staff will contact you as our review
continues if additional information is necessary.
