Dear Mr. Bissell,
On behalf of the City of Edmonds Planning Division, I have reviewed your rezone application
for completeness pursuant to Edmonds Community Development Code (ECDC) 20.02.002 and
have determined the application to be complete.
The City will issue a Notice of Application pursuant to ECDC 20.03.002 and request comments
from those on the Adjacent Property Owner (APO) list you provided with your application. The
Notice will also be published in the Everett Herald and posted at the Edmonds Public Library
and Public Safety Building. A white land use sign will be installed at the site and I will post that
as well.
At the same time, a SEPA determination will be issued pursuant to ECDC 20.03.004. Comments
will be requested from adjacent property owners as well as agencies who may have an interest in
the project.
Once a date for a public hearing has been determined, public notice will be provided for that
pursuant to ECDC 20.03.003. Based on the Planning Board's extended agenda and other work
in house, I would anticipate scheduling the hearing in late April or early May.
