Complete_but.pdf November 21, 2007 Tony Shapiro A.D. Shapiro Architects 624 Edmonds Way Edmonds WA 98020 RE: LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT AT 23004 EDMONDS WAY (LL-2007-85). Dear Applicant: nd You have submitted an application for a lot line adjustment for seven parcels at 232 Street SW and Edmonds Way, located both in the Multiple Residential – Edmonds Way (RM-EW) and Community Business – Edmonds Way (BC-EW) zones. Please provide the following additional information so review can continue: 1.Owner (Manager): Neither the title report, the signature block, nor the land use application list the name of the Manager of Valhalla Partners, LLC, who signed the documents. Could you please let me know the name of the individual signing as the Manager? Please redline the land use application (it looks like it says James Abbot) at your convenience. 2.Zoning: Because the properties involved span two zones, it would be helpful to have a small table on the map that lists each original parcel’s zone designation (just like how it does for the “parcel areas” of each zone). Could you (eventually) add this information to the map, but for now, could you supply me with a table to include in my staff report? 3.Description of Proposal: Along the same line, the land use application lists “mixed use commercial, retail, apartments, & 21 townhomes” as the description of the proposal, however to keep the file clear, I’m going to redline it to say “Lot line adjustment – to dissolve interior property lines of several parcels. See attached map.” Please let me know if you are not okay with this description, or if you’d like to provide further clarification. I am the Planner assigned to your project. If you have further questions, please do not hesitate to contact me at 425.771.0220, extension 1778. Thank you for your interest in development in the City of Edmonds – I look forward to working with you on this project. Sincerely, Gina Coccia Planner CC: File LL-2007-85 Note: If staff finds that additional information is needed, we will notify you in writing that additional information is needed. While this information-request is pending, the 120-day clock for processing the application will stop running. When the additional information is submitted, staff will review it to insure that it responds fully to the information request. When the request for additional information has been satisfied, the 120-day clock will start running again. Page 1 of 1
