However, we have not received information indicating that either a permit or exclusion for a state discharge permit was issued. It is acceptable for them to discharge into the WWTP under the conditions that they have a valid permit or exclusion, pH is added to the monitoring schedule and they comply with the COE pre- treatment ordinance. Further, during period of high flow or process upset, we may require them to stop their process (although this is highly unlikely). Les Krestel will make periodic inspections of their process and review test results. We will be invoicing Arcadis on a monthly basis for flow into the treatment plant based on the attached spreadsheet.
