representative is not present, the item may be moved to the end of the agenda. Items not reached

Please submit the following additional information at your earliest convenience so I can
continue to process your application in an expedient manner:
1.I have found six 11x17 color copies of the following pages in the file:
A3.1 – Building Elevations
A3.2 – Elevations and Perspective at Intersection
Color Swatches
Please submit two additional 11x17 color copies of the above pages so that I can send
them to the board for review (seven board members plus one for the file).
2.Steve Fisher, the Recycling Coordinator in our Public Works Department, noted that he
will need to see further details on the proposed trash collection room and chute system.
Please send this information to me, and I will forward it to Steve for review.
3.On the Land Use Application form, I was just wondering who signed for the property
owner (Valhalla)? I can’t make out the signature (it looks like it starts with a “J”) and
will need to know who to address my staff report to.
4.You have double paid for sign posting ($150) and SEPA review ($420) – because these
were included with the previous “phase” of design review (ADB-2007-36). We will be
refunding this to you, but I wanted to let you know so you can remind me later about it
(not sure how long this takes).
5.Please be aware that a lot line adjustment (or a lot combination) will be required to
dissolve the interior property lines. It’s my understanding that the end result will be two
parcels, one zoned RM-EW and one zoned BC-EW. This will need to be completed at
least prior to building permit issuance, and as we’re short staffed at the moment you may
want to take care of this item at your earliest convenience so as not to risk holding up
your building permits.
