Please submit the following additional information at your earliest convenience so I can
continue to process your application in an expedient manner:
1.Please review the enclosed memo from the Engineering Division – a preliminary storm
drainage plan is required for review. Please submit this item to me at your earliest
convenience and I will forward it to the Engineering Division for review.
2.On page 3 of the Environmental Checklist, question # B.1.e asks for an estimate of
grading quantities for cut and fill. Please provide a grading estimate of both cut and fill
so I can continue to process your SEPA application.
3.Please elaborate on the preliminary height calculations. We need to be able to illustrate
to the ADB that the roof-only area between 25-30 feet in height is at a 4/12 pitch.
