Greetings,
Thank you for submitting an application for an extension to your approved setback variance from at

16330 75 Place West in the Single Family Residential (RS-20) zone. I am the planner assigned to your
project. Your application will still be known as City of Edmonds file number PLN20110072 (“Dent
Variance”).
Your application is considered COMPLETE and I will begin processing your request. Pursuant to ECDC
20.85.020.D, variance extensions are considered a “Type II” staff decision where notice to the public is
required. I will issue a notice of application, which will be mailed to property owners within 300 feet of
the subject site and posted on a small blue land use action sign which you’ll see installed in the near
future. I will provide a legal notice to the Everett Herald and a notice of your project will be published
in the newspaper. This public notice will allow the public two weeks to comment on your request.
After the comment period has ended, I will issue a staff report which will contain the decision. You will
receive a copy of my staff report in the mail.
