You have submitted an application for a rezone of two parcels at the SE corner of 236x` Street
SW and Edmonds Way from BN to BLEW. First of all, 1'd like to thank you for the detailed
narrative describing your request, I found it extremely helpful.
City staff has finished the check for "completeness" of your application, including the plans and
other information that was submitted on June 26, 2007. Today, staff determined that all of the
information required by the Edmonds Community Development Code for processing an
application has been submitted and that, therefore, the application is COMPLETE. This
determination of "completeness" begins formal processing of your application.
This project will first be reviewed by the Planning Board. The board will make a
recommendation to the City Council, and the Council will issue the final decision. The first
hearing is scheduled below.

3. The Adjacent Property Owner (APO) list shows the adjacent "Cedar Court Apartments" at
8814 236`x' Street SW. PIease provide mailing labels for each apartment unit at this site so
notification can be provided.
