A preliminary review was done with the conditional use materials provided and we have the following
comments.
1.The change of use from residential to daycare will require a building permit. The permit
drawings will be required to be prepared and stamped/signed by a Washington State licensed
Professional Architect or Engineer.
2.For adequate comments for this Conditional Use review process, we will need a full floor plan,
showing all rooms labeled as to use. Please show areas of fire-rated construction due to fire
separation distance (proximity to property line).
3.The occupant load will be determined according to the International Building Code.
