Subject: City of Edmonds - Corrections for 1035 & 1037 Main St
Todd,
Below are the corrections that will need to be addressed before signoff of the single family homes, right of way permits
and sewer.
Water
1. Rotate water meter lid so the shut of valve is easily accessible. 1037
Sewer
2. The 6" sewer cleanout at property line should have a 12" cover with %" hex. bolts, labeled as sewer or cleanout.
Please make sure to remove soil/debris around the cleanout before placing cover. 1035 & 1037
Storm
3. Driveway drain needs to be cleaned for future maintenance. 1037
4. All yard drains need to have a concrete base, cut all yard drain inlets so there is a minimum of 12" diameter for
vactoring. 1035 & 1037
- Also would like to have yard drain inlets sealed so there is no water leaking in or out where the pipes would
otherwise be mudded.
5. Clean all catch basins. 1035 & 1037
6. Need to submit as-builts. As -built should show sewer, water and all storm. Providing material, depths, sizes,
triangulated dimensions (if not to scale) all rim and invert elevation. 1035 & 1037
7. Need to submit a compaction report for trenching in Main St.
8. Excess water flowing to CB at SW corner of lot 1035 (within landscape area)? This grate will need to be switch from
open grate to a solid grate.
