Edmonds Community Development Code (ECDC).
We agree and understand that it is our responsibility to,fiotify all future property owners or long-term

ADU or primary dwelling unit by the owner of the property.
Additionally, we will notify all prospective buyer& of the limitations on use and maintenance of the ADU

Code. An example of the limitations of the ADU per Chapter.•20:1 is the property owner is required to

any conditions of the ADU approval are violated, the property owner will be required to remove all
improvements which were added to convert the primary dwell ing'unit•Piir6 an 'ADU and restore the site to
a single-family dwelling unit.
