Ms. Machuga:
The following narrative is in response to your letter dated November 14, 2016 regarding the
corrections to the plans and documents submitted for the Laughtland Lot Line Adjustment. For
ease of reference and clarity, I have grouped my response in the same format as the review letter.
General Items
1. A current title report is included with the submittal packet.
2. Record of Survey:
a. The Record of Survey has been prepared by a licensed surveyor;
b. The subject parcels have been labeled as Parcel A and Parcel B;
c. The area of proposed conveyance as well as the before and after areas for Parcels
A & B are shown on the record of survey;
d. The proposed lot line with the distance and bearing has been shown on the record
of survey;
e. The portion of the existing driveway that encroaches (per the proposed LLA) on
proposed Parcel A will be removed and the driveway will be relocated entirely
within Parcel B as a condition of approval for the LLA and prior to the recording
of the LLA. The portion of the existing garage that encroaches on proposed
Parcel A will be removed and the garage will meet setback requirements as a
condition of approval for the LLA and prior to the recording of the LLA.
I hope this adequately addresses the required corrections for the Laughtland Lot Line
