The Meadowview Estates Short Plat Project is a 2.53 Acre single family detached residential
project located around 15620 72nd Ave W in Edmonds, Washington. This site is currently
vacant. The proposed development was previously submitted under permit number PLN 2014-
0015 and is undergoing a minor modification of the lot line layout. The proposed

Description of Changes
